Somatic Empowerment for Everyone

Who Is Bella

I’m a somatic practitioner, queer human, and neurodivergent educator who knows how to weave science, softness, and a little bit of swearing into conversations that matter. I speak on nervous system literacy, identity, masking and unmasking, and how we begin to feel more like ourselves—especially in a world that trains us to disconnect and override.

Whether I’m keynoting a conference, leading an embodied workshop, or offering a real-talk talk to your team or community, I meet people where they’re at—with warmth, humor, and tools that stick.

I don’t do performative empowerment. I offer immersive, interactive and accessible frameworks for navigating the complexities of being human—particularly for those who’ve felt “too much,” “not enough,” or like they missed the manual on how to be human “the right way”.

Who I Speak To:

I speak most often with communities that include:

  • Queer and/or neurodivergent folks

  • Educators, facilitators, and coaches

  • Mental health and wellness professionals

  • Identity explorers and “late bloomers”

  • People curious about how to listen to their body and show up with more ease

If your audience includes folks navigating big questions about identity, purpose, embodiment, burnout, or belonging—I’m probably a good fit.

Topics I Speak On:

  • WTF Is Somatic Work
Introducing the nervous system and how we might work alongside it to become happier, more energized and more US.

  • Somatics for the Sensitive & System-Overloaded
Making nervous system care accessible, trauma-informed, and actually useful.

  • Masking, Unmasking & Becoming
What it means to survive by hiding parts of yourself—and how to begin coming home to your body, your needs, and your full self.
