I first took part in somatic work near when I came out over a year ago in an isolating time of many drastic transitions. Bella implements care in honoring my pace/nervous system which has built a safe space for growth. Through their life/somatic coaching, I’ve experienced many improvements in comfort in my identity, understanding my body/nervous system needs, boundary setting, and being able to understand/ conceptualize emotions/ sensations within my body through somatic processes. Looking back, the growth is pretty massive. Excited to continue on this journey!
