Great question. A somatic yes is a felt sense of alignment — when your body, not just your brain, says “this is right for me.” This course will help you recognize what your yes actually feels like (and why that can be tricky, especially for those of us who’ve masked, fawned, or dissociated for safety).

Somatic Yes is designed especially for queer and neurodivergent folks who want to explore desire, decision-making, and body-trust in a gentle, supportive space. You don’t need any experience with somatics or nervous system work — just curiosity.

That’s exactly what we’ll explore together. You don’t have to know anything before you arrive. This course is about practicing, not performing.

We will meet Sundays in August at 10am CST (Chicago) / 5pm CEST (Spain/Europe) for 1.5 hours.

All sessions are on Zoom and will be recorded in case you can’t make it live.

Yes! You’ll get access to the replays of all live sessions, so you can watch (or re-watch) anytime that works for your brain/body/schedule. You will also have access to a cohort group chat, so you can still stay connected!
